Ordering/Billing
Can I order my products by phone?
For the security of your personal information, all orders may only be submitted via our website.
The product I received was incorrect or damaged.
Oh no! That’s not what we want! Please Contact Us so we can get to the bottom of it.
Can I return a product once I receive it?
Due to the short-run nature of the products in this online store, we do not accept exchanges. We do accept merchandise returns up to 14 days after a package has been received. If you wish to return your purchase, please Contact Us and we will send instructions for shipment back to us. Merchandise must be returned to us in the original packaging and in the original quality in which it was received, and at the customer's expense. Refunds will be submitted upon receipt of merchandise in new condition; please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

Shipping/Delivery
How long does it take to ship?
Please allow up to 2 business days after your order has been placed for it to be processed and shipped. During extreme circumstances, such as increased volume caused by the Black Friday/Cyber Monday/December holiday rush or protective health measures we may be forced to enact in our facilities, packages may take up to 5 days to be processed and shipped.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please make sure you provide us with a street address when ordering.

What is CBD?
CBD stands for cannabidiol. It’s one of the main cannabinoids, or naturally occurring compounds, found in the hemp plant.
What's the difference between CBD and THC?
CBD and THC are both naturally occurring compounds found in the cannabis plant. THC is the substance that’s primarily responsible for the effects of marijuana on a person’s mental state. CBD, however, does not produce psychoactive effects like THC.
What kind of CBD is in Chameleon?
Chameleon’s CBD is from broad spectrum organic hemp extract from US-grown hemp plants, which means it contains less than 0.3% THC (aka the cannabinoid that gives a “high” feeling).
Will CBD show up on a drug test?
Drug tests do not usually screen for CBD but rather THC, the psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis plants. Chameleon CBD coffee contains less than 0.3% THC, below the legal limit for hemp, however, since everyone metabolizes cannabinoids in their bloodstream differently, minimal traces of THC may or may not result in a positive drug test.
Can I use CBD if I'm currently taking medication?
If you’re currently taking a prescribed medication, we recommend you speak with your primary care provider before consuming Chameleon CBD coffee.
Can I use CBD if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant or lactating, we recommend you speak with your primary care provider before consuming Chameleon CBD coffee.
Why can't I buy Chameleon CBD Coffee in my state?
State laws vary as far as the type of CBD sold and the form its sold in. We recommend you check your state’s laws and regulations as the regulatory environment is constantly evolving. Chameleon CBD coffee is currently sold in the states that expressly permit the addition of hemp-derived CBD to food & beverage products.
